Zip-o-log Mills is a long length cutting sawmill that produces 100% Douglas fir products. We have the capacity to produce up to 52' in length. Because our products are produced for exposed structure applications, we specialize in #1 & better, free of heart center timbers. We also produce boxed heart timbers. We have the ability to surface up to 24"x28" and to manufacture or saw size rough any dimension up to 48"x48". Additionally we offer kiln dried products, dried in our modern dehumidifying kilns. We anti-stain treat and apply a clear wax base end seal to all our rough products and offer anti-stain treatment on our surfaced products (all surfaced timbers are end sealed). We pride ourselves on accurate specified tallies, on time shipments, and quality that exceeds the customer's expectations.

To assure customer satisfaction, Zip-o-log Mills can provide bottom boards to protect products during handling and shipping, as well as paper wrapping, we can also sticker every layer with lath or kiln stickers if the customer requires. We ship by Rail, Truck or Container.
